O'Malley Makes It Official

Baltimore Mayor Martin O'Malley officially announced his candidacy to replace Robert Ehrlich as Maryland's Governor. The announcement, in East Baltimore's Patterson Park, introduced the focus of the first phase of his campaign: "a stronger Maryland can do better."
